I originally contacted there support via Twitter and originally they said they was going to give me 21000 points. Make sure to contact them and have it turned on. If you do not have stock pile turned on you will lose points over time and they can even be randomly spent on $5 coupons. Turns out there is a stock pile option that is off by default and they do not tell the customers about it. So I noticed that I have been randomly losing points even if its a little bit at a time.
